COVID-19 Update

We have been working constantly to respond to the frequent regulatory changes and to prepare our Team as best we can for the escalating uncertainty caused by the Worldwide Coronavirus pandemic.

Our focus is to keep our clients, staff and community safe during these unprecedented times.

We follow very strict health and hygiene measures in our clinic. Upon arrival we ask all clients to sign in via our QR code at reception.

We provide sanitiser in all treatment rooms, reception and bathrooms and encourage all clients sanitise upon entering the clinic.

Due to the limited capacity in clinic, we ask that you come to your appointment alone.

A mask is required to be worn as per the current regulations and can only be removed for treatment purposes.

All our consultants will be following these measures, wearing a mask and disposable gloves during your treatment.

If you are feeling unwell, experience any flu-like symptoms; we ask that you kindly notify us to reschedule your appointment.

Please follow our instagram and facebook pages to receive further updates.

We thank you for all of your support and please take care during this time.  We look forward to seeing you soon.

All the best the True Dermal Team
