REFUNDS

True Dermal Clinic has a 'no refund' policy on purchases of goods or services if you change your mind. Furthermore, our 'no refund' policy applies to medical procedures, including injectables, retail products and retail items.

Please note that our treatments, services and packages are not transferable to other individuals and they cannot be swapped for other treatments or services. Furthermore, reservation fees typically are non-refundable but can remain on the system as a credit.

True Dermal Clinic reserves the right to offer alternative treatment, products or transfer of services to another client.

SHIPPING
To return your product, please mail your product to: True Dermal Clinic, 1/524 Riversdale Road, Camberwell VIC 3124, Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will not be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for the shipping of your returned item.
