Appointment Booking, Cancellation

& Re-Scheduling Policy

At True Dermal Clinic, we ask that you please arrive 5 minutes prior to your treatment to allow time for your client consultation information or consent form to be filled out.

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please provide us with 24hrs notice prior to your appointment time. 

 

In the case that you arrive late to your appointment, we may need to reduce your treatment time in consideration for our next client.

 

BOOKINGS
For all appointments we require a $50 deposit which is redeemable on any treatment or product on the day. ensure you book your desired appointment time in advance to avoid disappointment. 

 

If you are using a voucher towards a treatment, please ensure you provide the voucher number at the time of booking your appointment to hold and secure the appointment time.  

 

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

A minimum of 24 hours notice in advance of your appointment time is required to cancel and/or re-schedule. If 24 hours notice is not provided, 50% of the treatment cost will apply. Failure to show for treatment will result in full charges of appointment time. Bookings using a voucher, if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your appointment it will result in forfeiture of the voucher.


True Dermal Clinic Payments accepts -  cash, Zippay (6% surcharge), eftpos/major credit cards (2% surcharge, 2.4% surcharge American Express).  Prices are subject to alteration without notice.

 

ARRIVAL
Please ensure you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete a routine consultation with your therapist. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment and payment for the full treatment will still apply.

Please be advised there are a set of stairs at the entrance with no wheelchair access to the clinic.

 

HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS
Please advise reception upon making a booking of any allergies, ailments or disabilities, especially if you are on any medications, have high blood pressure, metal plates or pacemaker or are pregnant, as services may not be appropriate for you at this time.  
 

Due to Coronavirus we ask if you have travelled in the past two weeks or have any symptoms of feeling unwell that you postpone your appointment for 14 days. 

 

MINIMUM AGE
Parental or guardian permission is required for children and teenagers under 18 years of age. 

 

 

ATTIRE
You are required to arrive fresh for your appointment. 

 

 

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please leave at home all jewellery and other personal items of value, as True Dermal Clinic cannot be held responsible for lost or misplaced personal items.

 

 

CLINIC ENVIRONMENT
We respectfully ask that your mobile phones are turned off so that the tranquillity of True Dermal Clinic may be preserved. Due to health regulations Pets are not permitted in clinic. Your cooperation in providing a quiet environment is greatly appreciated.

 

 

PARKING
We recommend to park in the 2 hour free parking on the corner of Riversdale Road and Fairholm Grove opposite the Woolworth Caltex Petrol station. Ticketed 1 hour parking is available on Riversdale Road, keep in mind the ticket inspectors are very quick to fine cars that park longer than 1 hour.  

 

VOUCHERS

  • Vouchers cannot be used towards retail sales or any other promotional offer unless otherwise stated by True Dermal Clinic. 

  • Vouchers are a minimum of one per person

  • Vouchers are valid for 6 months only from the date of purchase and are non-refundable or transferable.

  • Voucher redemption is not available on Sundays or Public Holidays.

REFUNDS

True Dermal Clinic reserves the right to offer alternative treatment, products or transfer of services to another client.
